Intergenerational solidarity will be one of the greatest challenges facing social policy in the 21st century.

One of the still unresolved issues relating to the falling birth rate is the failure of family policy to focus on the links with the labour market.

Sustainable development is a situation in which present generations do not live at the expense of future generations.

A key factor in raising the standard of living and prosperity in Poland is effective management, both at the level of the basic units of the state – municipalities and districts – and within the enterprises themselves

A modern pension system should replace the retirement age rule with a system based on accumulated contributions. This will make the labour market more flexible and ensure that its market value is reflected more accurately.

Competition for human capital will be both the greatest opportunity and the greatest risk for the civilisational development of nations and regions in the 21st century.

Modern states will compete internationally on the basis of the living conditions they provide for their societies

The role of the state is to ensure regulatory balance in the financial sector. Too much or too little regulation results in a slowdown in the economy or increased instability in the financial sector.

Our aim is to support participants in public debate with high-quality analysis and in-depth modeling. We want social choices to be made on the basis of reliable knowledge and substantive exchange of views.

We bring together researchers and practitioners with extensive research, expert and management experience. We combine knowledge with experience. We develop recommendations and analyses on strategy for companies, local governments and the state’s public policies—both on our own initiative and on commission.

We do this in the belief that they will help make sound public debate and the optimization of public policies possible. We believe that management consulting for companies helps increase the overall value of human capital in Poland.

Why quant tank?

Mission and Goals

What is a think tank?

A quant tank is a specific type of think tank. It is based primarily on quantitative research methods. Because the results of its work are based on hard, measurable data, its conclusions have the highest degree of independence.

The term think tank refers to expert organizations that most often emerge in academic circles and actively participate in the current politics of both the state and local government. They are established by individuals and institutions outside the apparatus of the state and local government.

In their work, they use research methods to solve practical problems faced by public authorities. Discourse and research are conducted by interdisciplinary teams involving economists, sociologists, lawyers, and public administration specialists. They produce various documents, recommendations, reports, and expert assessments, which are submitted to the heads of public authorities. In this way, they address numerous demographic, social, cultural, migration-related, financial, and economic challenges.

The term think tank derives from Anglo-Saxon political culture, where think tanks’ activities often make a significant substantive contribution to shaping the direction of state policy in public debate.
